Readiness checks are AI-generated assessments, not a guarantee of passing a real regulatory audit, and Regscribe has not undergone formal GAMP 5 validation. Documents are processed in memory and sent to Anthropic's API to run the analysis, then discarded — see our Privacy Notice for the small amount of allowlist/audit-trail metadata we do keep.
